Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless other arrangements have been made with Just Lovely. To be eligible for a return for exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must be attached to garments. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g. size or color exchange), please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Just Lovely, 135 Murray Street, Colac VIC 3250, Australia. (m: 0488322346) We will then organize the exchange once the item has been received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only given for faulty or damaged goods. Items will be replaced and/or repaired prior to any refund being issued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable with exception to faulty or damaged goods. We will arrange a refund in these circumstances. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All returns must be posted with at trackable shipping service.
